Place 2 tablespoons of dry raw material in an enameled container, pour 200 ml (1 glass) of hot boiled water, cover and heat in a water bath for 15 minutes, cool at room temperature for 45 minutes. Strain, squeeze out the remaining raw materials, fill the volume of the resulting infusion with boiled water up to 200 ml. Adults use 1/4 cup 3 times a day 30 minutes before meals.
