Aromalamp: 3-7 drops per 15 m2.Bath: 4-7 drops (be sure to pre-mix with emulsifier: 100-200 g sea or table salt).Sauna: 5-6 drops per 15 m2.Massage: 3-7 drops per 15 g base oil.Cosmetic enrichment: 3-7 drops per 15 g base oil:Aroma medallions: 1-2 drops.Contraindications:Individual intolerance. Do not use continuously for more than 14 days. May cause temporary vocal cord contraction, sore throat and hoarseness. Do not use during pregnancy, in children under 7 years of age.
