Right of withdrawal and returns

In order to have the right of withdrawal, you must inform us about the decision to return the Product by sending us the notice (by mail, by e-mail, signed by a digital signature or by a personal submission).

You can use the provided sample form of withdrawal, but it is not mandatory; you can also write a refusal in free form. You must send the Goods back to or be delivered to us at our office without delay and not later than within 14 days from the day you notify us of the use of the "Right to Withdraw". The deadline will be met if you send the Goods back before the expiry of the 14-day period.

Example of the withdrawal form:

If you refuse from the ordered Goods, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs incurred by choosing the type of delivery that is not our most affordable standard delivery method) without undue delay and at any time in the case no later than within 14 days from the day we were informed of your decision to refuse the Product.
