Delivery may take from 1 up to 7 days (depending on the country) after being processed and handles to the courier.
We process all orders within 3 workdays after receiving the payment.

Shipping cost is 25-35 EUR and is fulfiled by DPD. Shipping abroad when ordering from the online store is currently only available to the Member States European Union:

If you want to order cosmetics shipment outside the European Union please contact us: info@biotude.eu fees for packaging are included in the shipping costs.
We don't provide overseas worldwide shipping.
- Goods for shipment is properly packed and protected.
- The standard package is sealed protective tape.
- We ask you to double check the package for any damage during transportation when receiving the order.
- We recommend the purchase of several products in one order to avoid duplication of transport costs.
- We can not group two separate orders for a single customer because shipping costs are added to each order separately.
